Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Virtubloom is not responsible for:
- Incompatible software or devices
- User editing errors
- Canva account limitations
- Technical issues unrelated to the product itself
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing
Services
For custom services, branding work, design support, or business support packages, refund eligibility may vary depending on the stage of the project and the work already completed.
Because time, creative work, and digital labor begin shortly after purchase or booking, partial or full refunds may not be available once work has started.
If a custom service includes revisions, those revisions will be outlined within the specific service agreement or project terms.
Cancellations
Virtubloom reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Inappropriate behavior
- Violation of terms
- Abuse of products or services
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized redistribution of digital products
If Virtubloom cancels a service before work has begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Unauthorized Sharing & Redistribution
All Virtubloom products, templates, resources, and content are intended for personal or approved business use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Resell products as your own
- Share purchased files publicly
- Redistribute templates or resources
- Copy or reproduce content without permission
Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of products may result in revoked access and further action if necessary.
